What I'd do if i ruled the world:
Actually I have this idea that I would like implement called True Democracy. Everyone would reciene a basic education in government, then everyone over the age of eighteen would have their name put into a hat. Every three years all government positions would be drawn from the hat. The people that were chosen would then have to serve in the position that they were chosen for. They would live communally with the rest of the government for their three year term at which time new names would be drawn. Those called would be paid a living wage and their jobs would be held for them. Each eligiable person could serve a total of two non-consecuative terms. The trick of course is to make sure that the system isn't abused or tampered with. The idea is to get a responsible government that actually works for everyone not just those with money. I still haven't figured out how to make sure that the system isn't corrupted.
