What I'd do if i ruled the world:
Make sure Tony Blair had no money and that he was deported to somewhere far away. I would get the starving fed and get the rich to cough up a little money towards this, this would be a one off payment. So that then they could go to all thier luxury pads and enjoy themselves while everyone is kissing my feet and just being astounted at my sheer greatness!
