1. What's Votivation all about?

Votivation is a place where you, politicians, celebrities, businesses, charities, pressure groups, schools, clubs... in fact, all sorts of organisations and people can:

• make friends, interact with & vote on each other
• exchange & test views, opinions, thoughts & ideas
• create channels for your web site, blog, other Votivation members, blog for free, meet & make friends, create cool content and services, subscribe to great content by email or mobile phone, the list goes on*

2. How does Votivation work?

To use all features of the Votivation service please Register for Free.

Voting throughout the site is always FREE. Most other site interactions (creating opinions, polls. petitions, messages, email alerts, channels and other content and services, using forums, etc.) are also FREE.

Earn & Give

At Votivation you can Earn & Give cash to your favourite charity, campaigns, good causes, clubs, associations, non-profits, NGO's etc. Upgrading to Earn & Give status is FREE and qualifies you for participation in Cash Prize draws and other competitions.

Again at your option, you can also Earn cash from participating in other services such as polls, surveys from partners and other marketing and research initiatives and in due course online shopping and other services through a variety of partners. Net revenues from these (indeed all Votivation) services are shared with you the member.

All your Cash Prizes, revenue shares and other awards are maintained for you in your Votivation account. To claim, you must select a charity or non-profit and share (at least 10% of) your payment with your chosen charity.

Premium Services

You can choose to receive (or cancel) Premium Services at any time. For example, you can receive your popularity ranking and other voting/member response alerts created by members via email or mobile phone text message (UK only currently). Members receiving Premium Services gain eligibility for more cash prizes and further discounts on other services. Premium Services charges are set out clearly in each case and may be set by other members, as well as by Votivation. Premium Services may be requested or cancelled by you at any time; Paypal is the usual payment method, although in some countries Premium Rate mobile/text messaging delivery and payment may be an option (UK only currently). .

3. How Can I Win Cash and other Prizes?

Upon registration we open your Votivation account with £/$/€5 . Provided you upgrade to Earn & Give status you can then win regular or special cash prizes (see also prizewinners) based on:

• the Most Points accrued by members monthly and weekly
• monthly and other Random Prize Draws
• monthly member popularity (ie Most Votes)
• other criteria from time to time (eg special prizes for specific member sub-groups).

4. How Can I Earn Cash for Me or My Preferred Charity?

Votivation operates a win-win-win mutual gain philosophy that we call "Earn & Give".

Up to 45% of all net revenues generated by Votivation are shared

Specifically, as a FREE Earn & Give member, you can generate cash through Votivation from:

• Cash Prizes
• a 10% share of the net revenues generated by the services you use or create:
• a share of Cash Prizes and net revenues generated by members referred/introduced by you as follows:

Votivation Member Source	Your Percentage Share
Your referred members (ie your Level 2 members)	20%
Your Level 3 members (ie introduced by your referred members)	5%
Your Level 4 members (ie introduced by your Level 3 members)	5%

• answering polls and receiving limited marketing and market research initiatives (always with your agreement)
• a share of revenues generated by other members subscribing to content you create.

Votivation is committed to bringing you additional revenue-generating services/models which return good value in exchange for your time, thoughts, passion and custom.

AND REMEMBER! You continue to generate ongoing cash from work and effort you only do once.

Referred members stay linked to you, the originating (or "referring") member, throughout their life with Votivation and you receive an ongoing 20% share of referred members' net Cash revenues.

All Cash Prizes and other cash awards you win or otherwise generate are maintained for you in your Votivation account. As a FREE Earn & Give member you can claim this cash any time the balance exceeds £25 (UK members) or $/Euro25 (non-UK members). You must share (at least 10% of) this with your preferred charity in order to receive any cash from Votivation.

5. How Much Could I/We Make from Votivation?

A minimum of $2,000 of Cash Prizes are made available each and every month. Your additional revenue shares are set out above.

On average we return to you a minimum of around 50pence/cents (and possibly up to £/$/€1.10 or more) per month for Premium Services that your referred members subscribe for. If you build a good network of friends, family and other member contacts, your residual income and ongoing donations to your favourite charity could grow to be quite large. Cash payments in excess of £/$/€100,000 per annum or £/$/€10,000 per month are subject to specific confirmation from Votivation. 6. How do I claim Money for My Favourite Charity or Me?

Within the "My account" feature, registered Earn & Give members can:

• claim the cash in your Votivation account for you or your preferred charity once it exceeds £25 (UK members) or $/€25 (non-UK members)
• change the charity you prefer to donate to and/or the percentage (minimum 10%, maximum 100%) of your income that you donate.

So far Votivation has generated cash prizes and awards of over $211,596.12
