I think that: I think the house market will continue to grow in Abu Dhabi even as the hot summer months are upon us.
Because: The stock market in the U.A.E. may have bounced back from the fall of 2006, however I don't think people will take their money out of their properties or stop buying over the summer. Investing in property is far safer than investing in the stock market and with the rest of the U.A.E. and it's surrounding neighbors growing so rapidly in the business and tourism markets, now is as good of time as ever to invest. If I were investing my money, Abu Dhabi would be the place. It is the capital of the U.A.E. and prices are considerably cheaper than it's Emirate neighbor, Dubai. Growth is high in Abu Dhabi and I expect it to eventually catch up with Dubai.
