I think that: The Bangladeshi boy with two heads died because he was taken home as his parents could not afford the medical care.
Because: Has anyone noticed that strange babies are being born that side of the world. Maybe they have some undiscovered radioactive element in their area that is causing random mutations or else they are having alien abductions and the aliens are performing experiments on them. Someone needs to find out why this is happening and quickly because, either way, something is going very wrong and if it is not radiation, there is something unusual going on and maybe these people cannot complain because they think nobody will believe them.
