I think that: I do not think it is fair that a man whose duty was to drive should be jailed. Details of evidence given is not public, but on the face of it it does not seem fair. Because: can you imagine asking a driver to take you some place and he says no. He would be fired on the spot. Or in this particular instance shot... if that was applicable. Hitler's driver did not suffer this penalty so why should this man? |
