I think that: I think that in general we should not use the phrase - Global Warming – as it has a ‘good cosy feel’ about it.
Because: Usually we associate the word ‘warm’ with good things – warm house, warm feelings, etc. Therefore many people will ignore the dramatic impact that climate change may have on our lives. I would suggest that people that care about climate change should all stop using this phrase and use an alternative. Climate Change is one alternative but I am not sure that this is an exact replacements. You can post up alternatives in the forum below or visit my forum and discussion group – see link below.
