I think that: There are about 540 detainees at Guantanamo Bay. Some have been there more than three years without being charged with a crime. Most were captured on the battlefields of Afghanistan in 2001 and 2002.
Because: What right has Bush to hold these people with out a trial .Torture seems to be the daily menu, blind folds, loud music, & flown to countries that allow torture with out questions. Is this not covered by the Geneva Convention? What right has Bush to decide these Human Beings are held & tortured with out being able to seek legal advice and held with out charge? America should be brought to justice over this infringement of human rights!!
