I think that: With the change of Prime Minister is It more or less likely that a viable exit strategy from Iraq will be agreed with the USA? Because: From the outset of the Iraq campagin, there has never been a recognised exit strategy or indeed apart from vague statements no agreement as to what would be considered success in this venture.
