I think that: Migrants who commit capital crimes should be deported to their country of origin, not jailed here. Because: There should be specific conditions within visas issued to migrants in which they acknowledge that capital/serious crimes or crimes against the state will automatically result in their visa being rescinded and their immediate deportation without appeal. |
