I think that: There are so many overweight school children going about now.
Because: They live on a diet of junk food.Isn't it about time that parents stopped giving in to their childrens demands for junk food.They should be encouraged to learn that most healthy foods taste great.Fresh fruit and vegetables should be eaten daily.I recall only being allowed a packet of sweets as a treat on a Friday and it didn't do me any harm.Children should also be running around more.When did you last see many kids outside playing football?or just running around?Most seem to prefer sitting indoors playing computer games,watching tv or dvds while eating loads of junk food washed down with gallons of fizzy drinks. Parents should encourage more outdoor or sporting activities-be it football,swimming or even cycling.There are loads of things to do -outside and away from the tv!
