I think that: People shouldn't criticise Kylie Minogue because she pulled out of a concert halfway through because of illness. Because: She made a real effort to go out there and perform and please all her fans, but she genuinely wasn't well enough to do it. I've played in theatres as a musician and I've experienced first-hand when people with not even a quarter of Kylie's ability have been too sick to perform. It happens. Kylie was in a no-win situation. If she'd just cancelled the gig people would have complained; she was genuinely sick but was a trouper and gave it a real go, so give her a break! |
