I think that: Ken Livingstones new policy of making under 16s free on buses from September 2005 is stupid. Because: The fact that government have expressed that they do not promote youth to roam the streets. By having a free bus service only costs us tax payers more and further increases youths on streets and gangs. It will also cause more congestion on the buses. |
