I think that: Delcambre town council unanimously passed the ordinance earlier this week making it a crime to wear trousers that show underwear.
Because: A mayor in the state of Louisiana is making it law that anyone found wearing one of them is liable to a fine or jail time.
He is using the decency clause. While I do not agree that youths anywhere should be allowed to wear them, in a world that claims freedom of everything including expression, why should people not be allowed to make their own choices. Next it will be hoodies.
Its funny though how no one seems to find bikinis which barely cover the essential parts indecent. And what about thongs sticking out of trousers?
