I think that: That all secretaries of all ages should go on a modern RSA IT clait course. This would reduce the IT support workload. Office managers should encourage all IT staff to learn the other IT staffs roles and continually update the skill sets for all. Because: This would make for a far more productive work force; far too many insecure people try to hinder others by with holding key information. To safe guard their own roles. This should be teamwork and yes we are all replicable, SO DEAL WITH IT |
