I think that: The British consumer on the whole are buying beyond their means and things they actually don't need. Because: There is a shopping frenzy in Britain especially for electronic gadgets which in a short time end up in the bin. A lot of things we buy are things we can actually live without but buy just for the sake of buying. Most buyers dont realise that every electronic gadget bought hungers for electric energy and in the long run spend on hefty electric bills.
