I think that: People are generally overspending and this mainly due to banks giving out credit cards easily. Its like a casino where they prey on people's weakness. Because: The averge debt of a person in the Uk is increasing and this must be curbed before it gets too late. More people are declaring bankruptcy because it is the easiest option.
