I think that: I think it's unfair getting clamped and towed away when the council fail to make it clear where and when you can and can't park. There are so many rules that I genuinely always unclear of where I am allowed to park. It's a cruel system.
Because: I have parked on a certain spot across my property in the weekend as it say permit parking only Monday - Friday. For 10 years I have never been clamped. Today Saturday morning I find I have been clamped. Apparently previously they had low staff on the weekend. The sign that states Mon - Fri permit parking is for the street next to me not for the spot i parked in. So why is there no clear sign saying permit parking 7 days a week on the spot that I parked!! £85 for parking outside my house on the spot I always parked on a weekend!! GRRRRRRRRRRR
