I think that: I think poverty should be tackled in this country before the goverment sends money to other countries i was reading about the number of people in this country who are homeless and live in poverty how come we help everyone else and not our own should not charity start at home Because: Because we are always helping others why dont we look in our own back yard |

If it is the latter then the benefits safety net give people choice, which the government deems to see that this type of user needs draconian laws to force them to make the right choice for a better quality of life.
