I think that: Typical "Brown's Britain". Motorists, some with disabled passengers, some with small children, stranded on the M5 for up to 15 hours, due to floods, face prosecution for going wrong way along the harcore to reach a nearby exit road. Because: Yes, its against the law, but what they did is a dam site less "unlawful" than taking banned substances, namely drugs. Typical of Brown's New Britain.
