I think that: A report today says that the number of pre-school children, particularly those under 5, being expelled from school, has risen. Because: These are supposed to be the most innocent years of a child's life, so what is happening that causes such young children to behave in such a bad way, including acts of 'sexual misconduct'? I think parents need to be held responsible, and realise that they are not bringing their children up in the right way. |
