I think that: London is hectic to the max with cars, most of which at 9am in the morning have one person in them. Living in London takes 10 years off your life. Walking for 20 mins in the centre is equivalent to smoking 3 cigarettes.
Because: They should have more incentives not to drive cars. Not taking extra for driving (congestion charges) but rather giving something for not driving, or setting up a network that shares the use of cars in the morning and offer bonuses for this. More people should cycle too, they should give out free bikes. If everyone started doing that it would be cyclists who got annoyed at cars instead of the other way round. Imagine inner London without the noise and smog of thousands of blaring cars and just a few chilling buses, trains and bikes (lots and lots of bikes).
