I think that: What a pity! Sardinia lives on tourism
Because: Green light from regional council for regulations imposing taxes on second houses, aircraft and boats. Non-residents on Sardinia will be liable. Residence tax to be levied from 2008.
The luxury taxes are now law. Renato Soru has won his battle.First, he put a stop to new building less than two kilometres from the coast, then he launched his landscape plan and now comes the tax on luxury.
