I think that: It is outrageous that English taxpayers will pay for a £420million three-year council tax freeze in Scotland. Because: The SNP decision will stoke bitterness in England as their taxes are used to fund subsidies which critics see as being used as bribes for Scottish voters and encouraging a split in the Union.
