I think that: The obsession with meeting targets at schools in the UK has gone too far and is causing a lot stress and tension in the school.

Because: The Government's insistence on meeting targets and putting so much importance on doing well exams is creating a lot of problems at schools including behaviour problems, increased stress levels among teachers and developing a negative view of education. School s are now treated as production lines rather than a place where pupils are taught to enjoy learning forever.
