I think that: British Airways & BAA have made the host country of the 2012 Olympics a laughing stock. Because: As if that wasn't enough and apparently in breach of EU rules, BA then limit hotel cost support to £100 for the suffering punters. They should pay up and in future reset their insurance so they can reimburse the market room rate reasonably available in such circumstances.
