I think that: Tesco is in a position which means it will continue to dangerously dominate the market. Consumers are not gaining from the situation, and unless action is taken to enable other chains to grow, consumers will continue to be disadvantaged. Because: The government has failed to act quickly enough, and has allowed Tesco to gain a monopoly position. The government must change its policy and enable consumers to gain from a more competetive grocery market.
