Agree Disagree Don't know Don't care

I think that: The minister who left the folder on terror suspects in the train should be the first to be detained under the 42 day rule....Especially if he voted in favour of the rule.

Because: He left the folder on the train. Maybe by accident but there needs to be an investigation because we need to know if he indeed left it accidentally or if he left it for someone who did not get there in time to pick it up( those leaks that the press always seem to put into print). So, while this is happening I think detention is the first step towards the truth. It might just about take the investigators up to the maximum allocated time to discover that he did not do anything wrong. This is the type of paranoia that arises when concepts like that are passed into law. The minister is suspended. Yea right! If he were of the correct ethinic origin would he just be suspended or would he just be completing day one of 42?
