I think that: I believe that people who slate the youth parliament are idiots (frankly) Because: because they don't know what we can do, I'm not pinning the blame on the UKYP as an organisation, but in the minority of the constituents in my school slating me and the UKYP when they don't have the faintest idea of what we do and it isn't fair, the people who do this are naive. I'm sure I am not alone in thinking this, what is it like in other constituencies? Please comment on this.

At my age 40 soon. people say "No I don't vote, it is boring, or I cannot change things". We have to make it matter. UKYP gets you interested at an early age. keep it up.

Rotherham's not so bad. However I think the problem in your area and mine could be because I don't think that the work of UKYP is well published.

I used to work in the IT section at school. Children used to make a4 labels and print, tear a strip and give it to friends. Votivation.com make your voice count. Don't go over board on the printing ;)

Wakey's Not That Bad Its Just Like A Handful Of People Arn't Bothered About The World Around Us!My School Was Fully Behind Me On Becoming An MYP/DMYP. There Are Just A Few Places, maybe even smaller than our constituancies need a little work. Write Back.

At the secondry shool i go to i do not get slated- but that is because hardly anyone knows about the UKYP and what it does. When i ask opinions etc i will do it, but often people do not know what it is for or how it will come about.
