I think that: That the Unions are right to warn against the dangers of moving to a more casual based employment structure. Because: That having a casual contract means that it is harder to ensure all employees are receiving paid holidays and sick leave, as well as making it more difficult for employees to claim unfair dismisal and ensure they can predict their income accurately for benefit reasons. There is also the fact that most casual workers are on lower wages.
