I think that: While the government run around saying householders should embrace recycling, some local authorities are restricting what they will collect. Because: I don't think its the people who are holding back recycling, it is the local authorities. Bottle banks are becoming dumping grounds for all kinds of rubbish, and councils do not bother to get rid of it. Central government must make the councils more accountable for their own back yard as far as recycling is concerned. |
