Petition question: Why do abandoned passengers have to battle for proper compensation?
BA knows the rules; EU regulations state clearly passenger rights to compensation. How can BA get away with trying to offer 100 pounds when forced overnight hotel-stay is nearly 3X as much.
Where is the right to free accommodation after a flight is cancelled and that is without all the grief of lost luggage on top?
On its web site BA proudly pronounces - Whether customers are in the air or on the ground, British Airways takes pride in providing a full service experience.
Well, BA, step up to the mark and lets see some of that pride and responsibility for mistakes in action.
Please sign this petition if you agree that BA must adhere to EU compensation regulations and give all those affected by the Terminal 5 disaster proper refunds for the misery they have endured.
