Petition question: I believe that the housing development planned by Elmbridge CC in Stoke D'Abernon - Planning Number 2007/1814 http://www2.elmbridge.gov.uk/Planet/ispforms.asp?serviceKey=SysDoc-PlanetApplicationEnquiry - must be stopped as they are ruining local environment with increased traffic - cutting down many trees - building UNDER power lines - building on a flood plain - as well as completly going against many government guidleines
