Petition question: At UK Youth Parliament we believe that all under 18's in full time education should be allocated a national concession card to use public transport. This would make buses and trains more accessible to young people; allow access to leisure facilities; create a cleaner environment as a consequence of cutting down car use; create the same freedom that pensioners enjoy, as like pensioners, young people in full time education do not have an income and are reliant on public transport.
