Poll question: Beer sales have fallen to a 70 year low, with pubs now selling some 7 million pints a day fewer than in 1979. What's to blame?

It's too expensive - tax on beer has gone up 27% since 1997
Other drinks - everyone drinks wine or alcopops these days
The smoking ban - pubs just aren't what they used to be
I'd rather stay in - why bother going to the pub when you can just get your mates round and get the booze from an off-license where it's so much cheaper?
Don't know - i assure the pub trade that I do my bit for beer sales and more every Friday night
